How to Read the Yolanda Body Composition Analysis Report

Yolanda body composition analysis report, segmental muscle and fat distribution data sheet

Learn to understand every section of the Yolanda 8-electrode body composition report. Check body water, muscle, fat, segmental analysis and key metrics for fitness reference.

1. Section-by-Section Explanation

1.1 Body Composition Analysis

What your body is made of: water, protein, bone and fat; they add up to body weight. Muscle mass = water + protein.

1.2  Muscle Fat Analysis

Skeletal muscle and body fat as shares of body weight. Skeletal muscle drives strength and basal metabolism; body fat % shows fatness.

1.3 Fat Analysis

BMI = weight ÷ height², cannot separate muscle from fat; body fat % = fat share of weight; visceral fat = fat around organs, higher is riskier (1–9 normal, 10–14 high, 15+ very high).

1.4 Muscle Balance & Segmental Fat

Eight electrodes measure each arm, trunk and each leg separately, showing which segment is low on muscle or high on fat.

1.5 Nutrition Evaluation

Water, protein, fat and bone are each scored normal, low or high.

1.6  Additional Data

BMR = calories burned at rest; fat free mass = body weight minus fat; metabolic age = metabolism compared with peers of your age.

1.7 Body Balance & Body Strength

Balance shows left-right and upper-lower symmetry; strength shows the level of each region.

1.8 Fitness Score

All items weighted into one overall score

1.9 Weight Control

Projects target weight, fat to lose and muscle to keep from current composition.

1.10 Muscle Balance & Segmental Fat Analysis

The body diagrams show, as percentages, the left-right muscle gap and segmental fat shares.

1.11 Body Shapes

Muscle mass crossed with body fat gives nine body types, including skinny fat (normal weight, low muscle, high fat).

1.12 Other Physical Indicators

Blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2 and WHR come from connected devices or manual entry; the scale itself measures weight and composition. WHR ≥0.90 (men) / ≥0.85 (women) indicates central obesity.

1.13 Body Composition History

A single reading varies with hydration, meals and training; only 4–6 weeks of matched conditions show a direction.

1.14 Analysis and Advice

Auto-generated general lifestyle advice (diet, exercise, drinking) from this reading.

2. FAQ

Weight same but report says better?  — Fat down, muscle up, healthier at the same weight.

Two readings differ? — Retest fasted, watch the trend.

Muscle mass = skeletal muscle? — No, it also includes water, protein and organs.

Can it replace a check-up?  — No, it measures composition, not diagnosis.

3. Scope of Use

For fitness and wellness reference, not diagnosis; ranges depend on device, gender and age.
